Tracy Patterson BIO

Tracy Patterson, Principal, leads urgent care development projects with major hospital and medical practice clients. Specifically she supports the development of their urgent care strategy, including financial modeling, site selection, competitive analysis, project management, IT, EMR customization, compliance, risk management, marketing plans, policy and procedure development, human resources recruitment, selection and training, clinic opening and post opening consultation.

Prior to Continuum, Tracy was with NextCare, Inc. and served in multiple capacities as the organization grew. She has managed nearly every department at some point in her tenure, including the Business Office, IT, Clinical Services (Lab, Radiology, Dispensing), Development and Operations. She was integral in the customization of NextGen to meet our needs and developed over 30 de novo or relocation sites. She was also responsible for overseeing the establishment of NextCare University which served as the primary orientation and training resource for the company.

With over 15 years urgent care experience in multi-state settings, she is acutely aware of opportunities and potential risks which can be avoided as a result of that acumen.

Tracy is a magna cum laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Health Services Administration.


Laurel Stoimenoff, PT, BIO

Laurel Stoimenoff is a founder and Principal of Continuum Health Solutions, LLC, a consulting company focusing on the urgent care and outpatient rehabilitation industries.  Continuum’s clients include large hospital systems, private equity, healthcare entrepreneurs, urgent care owners, and outpatient networks.  Continuum assists clients develop their strategies and successfully execute their growth objectives.  Client initiatives have included acquisitions, de novo clinic development, turnkey clinics, compliance, policy, lab and ancillary implementation, certification/ accreditation and operational support.  Prior to establishing Continuum, Laurel served over seven years in executive positions at NextCare Urgent Care (Mesa, AZ), including Executive VP of Development and President & Chief Operating Officer.  NextCare grew from 9 to 57 Clinics and 5 on-site employer locations during her tenure, principally through acquisitions and de novo development.   Prior to NextCare, Laurel served in leadership roles as the Senior VP of Development for Comprehensive Medical Imaging, a subsidiary of Syncor International and the President of MATRIX Rehabilitation (Division of Beverly Enterprises), a physical therapy and urgent care company with over 180 sites across the country.  She also held multiple executive positions with NovaCare, Inc., culminating in the position of President, Western Region, Outpatient Division where she oversaw the operations of over 300 outpatient therapy sites.

Laurel also served the public in two consecutive terms in a Governor appointed position as a member of the Arizona Physical Therapy Board of Examiners, including President of the Board.  She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Urgent Care Association of America (Board Treasurer & Executive Committee) and on the editorial Board of the Journal of Urgent Care Medicine.  Community service also included over 10 years as a member and ultimately Board President of the Arizona Foundation for Women, a non-profit foundation committed to eradicating domestic violence through the funding of innovative programs that prevent violence before it occurs.

Laurel is a summa cum laude graduate of The Ohio State University School of Allied Medical Professions.  She maintains an active physical therapy license in the state of Arizona.
