Tracy Patterson BIO

Tracy Patterson, Principal, leads urgent care development projects with major hospital and medical practice clients. Specifically she supports the development of their urgent care strategy, including financial modeling, site selection, competitive analysis, project management, IT, EMR customization, compliance, risk management, marketing plans, policy and procedure development, human resources recruitment, selection and training, clinic opening and post opening consultation.

Prior to Continuum, Tracy was with NextCare, Inc. and served in multiple capacities as the organization grew. She has managed nearly every department at some point in her tenure, including the Business Office, IT, Clinical Services (Lab, Radiology, Dispensing), Development and Operations. She was integral in the customization of NextGen to meet our needs and developed over 30 de novo or relocation sites. She was also responsible for overseeing the establishment of NextCare University which served as the primary orientation and training resource for the company.

With over 15 years urgent care experience in multi-state settings, she is acutely aware of opportunities and potential risks which can be avoided as a result of that acumen.

Tracy is a magna cum laude graduate of Arizona State University with a Masters in Business Administration and a Masters in Health Services Administration.
